Travis Davis is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a dedication to helping individuals understand and improve their mental health. He holds an M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College, graduating in 2010, and has been in the mental health field since 2007. His experience includes serving as director of an alternative school mental health facility and founding Pioneer Counseling Center in 2016, where he continues to provide compassionate care.
Travis’s therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and behavioral therapies, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. He believes that his role as a therapist is to help patients gain a deeper understanding of what is happening in and around their lives, empowering them to make the informed decisions they feel are necessary for their well-being.
With a life philosophy grounded in the principles of unconditional love, self-awareness, and personal responsibility, Travis encourages clients to explore their inner world, challenge limiting beliefs, and take ownership of their journey. His goal is not just to help clients overcome their immediate challenges, but to empower them to live with greater clarity, purpose, and resilience.
